Procedure:
- Cook your spaghetti for about 7 mins till al dente. Set aside.
- Drain the liquid from the tomatoes & remove the seeds. Smash 4 cloves of garlic.
- On a saucepan over medium heat, heat 3 tbsp. of extra-virgin olive oil & add garlic. Cook until the garlic is golden.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes & tomatoes. Stir until they break down & are darkened. Add tomato liquid & stir. Season with salt & basil sprigs.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti with the sauce & stir.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese as needed & serve.
