| Pristine Cooking Cream UHT | ||
| Water or Chicken Broth | 1 | cup | 
| Mazza Cherry Tomatoes | ||
| Spinach, blanched | ||
| Parmesan Cheese | 1/4 | cup | 
| Salt, to taste | 
STEPS:
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning both sides with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, then sear the chicken on both sides. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant. Then add chili flakes, cooking cream, and water. Stir and bring it to a simmer.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and spinach, then sprinkle in the Parmesan Cheese and a pinch of salt. Adjust the seasoning to taste if needed.
- Once the sauce begins to thicken, return the chicken to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes.
