 Ingredients QTY UOM
Dolce Vita Linguine Pasta 200 g
As needed: Salt
As needed: Water
Sausage (sliced) 2 pcs
Bacon 2 tbsp
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 clove
Onions (chopped) 1 tsp
Cayenne 1/2 tsp
Chili Flakes 1/2 tsp
Mazza Cherry Tomatoes 400g 1 can
Heavy Cream 3/4 cup
As needed: Parmesan Cheese
As needed: Basil Leaves
To taste: salt & pepper



  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan over low heat, render bacon and sausage in olive oil until browned.
  3. Add in onions, garlic, chili flakes, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Saute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in Mazza Cherry Tomatoes and bring to simmer.
  5. Mix in the heavy cream.
  6. Add the parmesan cheese, basil leaves, and pasta. Toss and stir well until everything is well combined. 
  7. Transfer into a plate. Top with additional parmesan cheese and basil leaves as desired and enjoy!
