As needed: Mazza Red Pesto | ||
As needed: Delizie Vesuviane Frozen Stracciatella Cheese |
STEPS:
- Preheat oven at 180C.
- Slice the baguette into 1cm thick. Arrange sliced bread on a baking tray and drizzle olive oil. Bake for 10 mins.
- Add a spoon of stracciatella cheese on each slice then top with a spoon of Mazza Red Pesto
- Garnish toast with fresh basil leaves.
