Red Pesto Crostini

Only using a few ingredients, this recipe of Red Pesto Crostini with Stracciatella is an easy, festive and delicious appetizer. Prepared in less than 30 mins, this recipe is perfect for Italian cuisine lovers!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

 Ingredients QTY UOM
Baguette 1 loaf
As needed: Basil leaves
As needed: Mazza Red Pesto
As needed: Delizie Vesuviane Frozen Stracciatella Cheese

STEPS:

  1. Preheat oven at 180C.
  2. Slice the baguette into 1cm thick. Arrange sliced bread on a baking tray and drizzle olive oil. Bake for 10 mins.
  3. Add a spoon of stracciatella cheese on each slice then top with a spoon of Mazza Red Pesto
  4. Garnish toast with fresh basil leaves. 
  5. Serve as an appetizer. Enjoy!
