WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
For the dip:

| Garlic, grated | 1 | clove |
| Delizie Vesuviane Frozen Stracciatella | 1/2 | cup |
| Lemon Juice | 1 | tbsp |
| Lemon Zest | 1 | tsp |
| Chives, chopped | 1 | tbsp |
| Bacon Crisp | 1/8 | cup |
| To taste: salt & pepper |
For the crispy parmesan potatoes:

| Potatoes, halved | 500 | g |
| Italiana Formaggi Parmesan Cheese | 1/3 | cup |
| As needed: salt & pepper | ||
| As needed: olive oil |

STEPS:
For the crispy parmesan potatoes:
- Slice potatoes, lengthwise. Soak in water and set aside.
- Line a sheet of aluminum foil or parchment paper on a baking tray.
- Drizzle olive oil and evenly sprinkle parmesan cheese on the tray.
- Arrange the potatoes, cut-side-down on top of the parmesan cheese.
- Bake in 190C at pre-heated oven for 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and parmesan cheese is crisp and golden.
For the dip:
- In a medium size bowl, add stracciatella, chives, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and grated garlic.
- Mix until well combined. Top with bacon and chives.
