Dolce Vita Fettuccine Pasta 200 g
As needed: Salt
As needed: Water

For Creamy Shrimp Scampi Pasta:

Ingredients QTY UOM
 Chiquilin Smoked Sweet Paprika 1/4 tbsp
Mazza Pomace Olive Oil (to cook shrimp) 2 tbsp
Shrimps, peeled and deveined 300 g
Butter 2 tbsp
Onions, chopped 1 tbsp
Garlic, chopped 1 clove
Pigiato White Cooking Wine 1/4 cup
Gran Cucina Cooking Cream 1 cup
Italiana Formaggi Grated Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup
To taste: lemon juice with zest
As needed: Mazza Pomace Olive Oil
Parsley, chopped 1 tbsp



  1. Cook the pasta noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. Pour oil into a skillet over medium heat. cook and stir garlic.
  3. Add in the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir occasionally for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the skillet; set aside.
  4. Melt butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Saute the onion and garlic until the onions are translucent.
  6. Pour white wine into the skillet and stir occasionally.
  7. Add in the cooking cream and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  8. Toss the pasta noodles into the sauce until coated. Add in parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and lemon zest to taste
  9. Top with cooked shrimp, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  10. Serve while warm. Enjoy!
