For Creamy Shrimp Scampi Pasta:

Chiquilin Smoked Sweet Paprika | 1/4 | tbsp |
Mazza Pomace Olive Oil (to cook shrimp) | 2 | tbsp |
Shrimps, peeled and deveined | 300 | g |
Butter | 2 | tbsp |
Onions, chopped | 1 | tbsp |
Garlic, chopped | 1 | clove |
Pigiato White Cooking Wine | 1/4 | cup |
Gran Cucina Cooking Cream | 1 | cup |
Italiana Formaggi Grated Parmesan Cheese | 1/4 | cup |
To taste: lemon juice with zest | ||
As needed: Mazza Pomace Olive Oil | ||
Parsley, chopped | 1 | tbsp |
STEPS:
- Cook the pasta noodles according to the package instructions.
- Pour oil into a skillet over medium heat. cook and stir garlic.
- Add in the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir occasionally for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the skillet; set aside.
- Melt butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Saute the onion and garlic until the onions are translucent.
- Pour white wine into the skillet and stir occasionally.
- Add in the cooking cream and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Toss the pasta noodles into the sauce until coated. Add in parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and lemon zest to taste
- Top with cooked shrimp, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
- Serve while warm. Enjoy!
