FOR THE BURRATA

| Delizie Vesuviane Frozen Burrata | 1 | pcs |
| Flour | 1/3 | cup |
| Egg | 1 | pc |
| Bread Crumbs | 1/2 | cup |
| For deep frying: Oil |
STEPS:
For the cherry tomatoes:
- In medium high heat sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add in tomato paste and thyme leaves. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour in the stock and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until the cherry tomatoes are soft.
- Add fresh basil leaves.
For the Burrata:
- Heat oil for deep frying.
- Drain the burrata and pat dry
- Dredge in flour until burrata is completely covered.
- Dip in egg wash
- Bread with Japanese Bread Crumbs and deep fry until golden brown. Drain excess oil
To serve:
- Transfer the cherry tomatoes in a platter and top it with the deep fried burrata.
- Drizzle some olive oil and season with pepper
- Serve warn with crostini or toasted baguette slices.
