Making use of our very our Marini Cookies, just dip the cookies into pancake batter and fry - voila! (P.S. Add Vanilla Ice Cream on top of it - you won't regret it!)

| Marini Cookies (Hazelnut Cream Filled or Cocoa Cream Filled) | 1 | pack |
| Powdered Sugar (for dusting) | ||
| Oil (for frying) |
STEPS:

Heat oil in a deep fryer to 180°C.

Make the pancake batter mix according to package directions.

When the oil is hot enough or comes up to frying temperature, dip the cookies one at a time into the batter and fry turning once, until golden brown. Remove cookies and drain excess oil.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve! Enjoy.
