| Dolce Vita Tomato Paste | 1 1/2 | tbsp |
| Parmesan Cheese | 2-3 | tbsp |
STEPS:
- Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
- Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain excess water and transfer into a large bowl.
- Add in the tomato paste, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.
- Transfer onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 30-45 mins or until crispy.
- Serve with aioli on the side and enjoy!
