WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Ingredients QTY UOM
Mazza Gnocchi 1 pack
Water (for boiling)
Olive Oil 1/2 tbsp
Salt & Pepper
Dolce Vita Tomato Paste 1 1/2 tbsp
Parmesan Cheese 2-3 tbsp

 

STEPS:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
  2. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain excess water and transfer into a large bowl.
  3. Add in the tomato paste, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.
  4. Transfer onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 30-45 mins or until crispy.
  5. Serve with aioli on the side and enjoy!
