Potatoes (peeled and cut into cubes) | 1 | kg |

Garlic (grated) | 3 | cloves |

Dried Rosemary | 1 | tbsp |
Lemon Zest | 1 | tsp |

Mazza Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese for topping |
STEPS:
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, drain and set aside for 15 minutes to dry.
- Once dried, heat oil for deep frying. Deep fry the potatoes until golden brown.
- In a pan over medium heat, combine olive garlic, butter, and rosemary. Cook for 2 minutes then set aside.
- Once the potatoes are fried, mix the garlic, rosemary oil and potatoes in a mixing bowl and toss until all fried potatoes are coated with the oil.
- Add in the lemon zest, chopped parsley, and salt. Toss well.
- Transfer on a serving plate. Drizzle with truffle honey and parmesan cheese
- Serve warm. Enjoy!
