Garlic Rosemary Fried Potatoes

 

Deliciously soft potatoes, fried until crisp with rosemary and garlic. This recipe is a scrumptious side dish for any date night!

GARLIC ROSEMARY FRIED POTATOES

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Ingredients QTY UOM
Potatoes (peeled and cut into cubes)  1 kg
Water (for boiling)
Salt
Oil (for deep frying)
Olive Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic (grated) 3 cloves
Butter 2 tbsp
Dried Rosemary 1 tbsp
Lemon Zest 1 tsp
Chopped Parsley
Truffle Honey for drizzling
Mazza Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese for topping

STEPS:

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, drain and set aside for 15 minutes  to dry.
  2. Once dried, heat oil for deep frying. Deep fry the potatoes until golden brown.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, combine olive garlic, butter, and rosemary. Cook for 2 minutes then set aside.
  4. Once the potatoes are fried, mix the garlic, rosemary oil and potatoes in a    mixing bowl and toss until all fried potatoes are coated with the oil.
  5. Add in the lemon zest, chopped parsley, and salt. Toss well.
  6. Transfer on a serving plate. Drizzle with truffle honey and parmesan cheese
  7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
