STEPS:

To make Pistachio Cream: In a bowl, combine whipping cream and pistachio paste. Whisk until smooth, set aside.

Prepare Matcha: Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl to remove any lumps. Pour in 2 ounces of hot water. Using a matcha whisk or a regular small whisk, start whisking from the bottom to dissolve the matcha.

Assemble the Drink:

Fill a tall glass with ice. 
- 
Pour in milk. 
- 
Add the pistachio cream mixture on top of the milk. 
- 
Finally, pour the matcha mixture over the top.
