- Preheat oven to 210 ᵒC
- To make the egg custard, mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until sugar is fully dissolved
- Line the egg tart shells on a baking tray
- Pour the egg mixture into the egg tart shells about 80%, and bake for 23-25 minutes
- Cool egg tarts briefly and serve warm!
