Happy Barn Full Cream Milk  75 ml
Egg, large 1 pcs
Egg yolks 2 pcs
Sugar 45 g
Whipping Cream 150 ml
Egg tart shells 16-20 pcs

 

STEPS:

  1. Preheat oven to 210 ᵒC
  2. To make the egg custard, mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until sugar is fully dissolved
  3. Line the egg tart shells on a baking tray
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the egg tart shells about 80%, and bake for 23-25 minutes
  5. Cool egg tarts briefly and serve warm!
