STEPS:
- Preheat the oven to 250C
- Flatten the dough on a lightly floured surface. either roll out or press the dough into desired size and thickness.
- Push up the edge all around to form the pizza crust.
- Add the bechamel and evenly spread onto the dough.
- Add truffle salsa over the bechamel and spread it evenly.
- Top with mozzarella and shiitake mushroom.
- Slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or pan. Bake for 12-15mins or until cheese and crust are golden brown.
- Drizzle truffle oil and top with more truffle salsa.
- Slice into desired number of slices. Serve.
