| Happy Barn Fresh Milk | 1/8 | cup |
| Mazza Pumpkin Cream | 1 | can |
| Extra Virgin Olive Oil | 1 | tbsp |
| Butter | 1 | tbsp |
| White Onion, chopped | 1 | tbsp |
| Garlic, grated | 1 | clove |
| Flour | 2 | tbsp |
| Cream | 1 | tbsp |
| Broth or Water | 1/2 | cup |
| To taste: Salt & Pepper |
STEPS:
- Over medium heat, in a heavy bottom pan, add olive oil and butter. When oil and butter is hot, add chopped onions. Cook until softened.
- Add in grated garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
- In the same pot, add flour. Stir until well combined. Pour in the broth, stirring constantly as it slightly thickens.
- Add Mazza Pumpkin Puree. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add in milk and cream.
- Stirring occasionally until soup simmers. Do not boil.
- Serve with crusty bread.
