Smoked Scamorza Spinach Artichoke Dip

This crowd-pleasing party dip is a creamy blend of sour cream, cream cheese, spinach, and smoked scamorza.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

 INGREDIENTS QTY UOM
Delizie Vesuviane Smoked Scamorza 1/4 cup
Mazza Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tbsp
Spinach, chopped 500 g
Mazza Artichoke, cut into four 
1 can
Garlic, minced 2 tbsp
Onion, chopped 2 tbsp
Cream Cheese 1/2 cup
Heavy Cream 1 cup
For tasting: Salt & Pepper
For topping: Delizie Vesuviane Smoked Scamorza
1/4 cup
For garnish: Parsley

 

 

STEPS: 

  1. In medium high heat, sauté onion and garlic.
  2. Add in the artichokes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 mins.
  3. Stir in spinach and cook for another 2 mins.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook until the cheese is melted and cream is mixed well.
  5. Transfer into a baking dish and top with more scamorza. Bake until the top layer is melted and golden.
  6. Serve warm with chips, crackers or crostini.
