For spaghetti:

| Dolce Vita Spaghetti | 200 | g |

For sauce:
| Ingredients | QTY | UOM |
| Olive oil | 2 | tbsp |
| Mazza Anchovies in Sunflower Oil (fillets) | 5 | pcs |
| Garlic (sliced) | 3 | cloves |
| Capers (chopped) | 2 | tbsp |
| Black olives (sliced) | 1/4 | cup |
| Green olives (sliced) | 1/4 | cup |
| Tomatoes (chopped) | 1 | can |
| As needed: Parmesan Cheese | ||
| As needed: Basil (chiffonade) | ||
| Optional: chilli flakes |
STEPS:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, saute anchovies and garlic until fragrant.
- Add in chili flakes, capers, black and green olives. Cook for another 2 mins.
- Add in the chopped tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 mins.
- Add the cooked noodles into the sauce and toss until the pasta is well coated. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
- Serve immediately!
