Spaghetti Puttanesca

For spaghetti:

 Ingredients QTY UOM
Dolce Vita Spaghetti 200 g
Water (for boiling)


For sauce:

Ingredients QTY UOM
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Mazza Anchovies in Sunflower Oil (fillets) 5 pcs
Garlic (sliced) 3 cloves
Capers (chopped) 2 tbsp
Black olives (sliced) 1/4 cup
Green olives (sliced) 1/4 cup
Tomatoes (chopped) 1 can
As needed: Parmesan Cheese
As needed: Basil (chiffonade)
Optional: chilli flakes 


  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, saute anchovies and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add in chili flakes, capers, black and green olives. Cook for another 2 mins.
  4. Add in the chopped tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 mins.
  5. Add the cooked noodles into the sauce and toss until the pasta is well coated. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
  6. Serve immediately!
