For the burger:

Beef burger Patty | 3 | piece |

Grated Cheese | ||
Tomato (sliced) | ||

For the truffle aioli:
Ingredients | QTY | UOM |
Mazza Truffle Salsa | 1 | tbsp |
Mayo | 1/2 | cup |
Garlic (grated) | 1 | clove |
Salt & Pepper |
STEPS:
For the burger:

Over medium high heat, melt butter and toast the burger buns. Set aside.

On the same pan, add oil and cook the burger patties until the bottom side is seared, 4-5 minutes.

Flip and cook for another 4 minutes. Top with grated or sliced cheese.

Cover the pan for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Set aside.
For the truffle aioli:

Mix all the ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl. Set aside.
To assemble:

Spread truffle aioli on each side of the buns; top with the lettuce, burger patty, and tomato. cover with the top buns.

Serve with fries on the side and more truffle aioli for dipping. Enjoy!
