Truffle Cream Gnocchi is a recipe that makes use of soft, pillowy gnocchi covered in a creamy sauce mixed with heavy cream and Mazza Truffle Salsa.
This extraordinary dish takes only 30 minutes to make and is comforting, hearty and insanely delicious!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
For the gnocchi:

| Mazza Potato Gnocchi | 500 | g |
| Water | 1.5 | L |
| As needed: Salt | ||
| Mazza Extra Virgin Olive Oil | 2 | tbsp |

For the truffle cream:

| Mazza Deluxe Black Truffle Cream | 2-3 | tbsp |
| Gran Cucina UHT Cooking Cream | 1 1/2 | cups |
| Garlic, chopped | 2 | tsp |
| White onion, chopped | 2 | tbsp |
| Mazza Extra Virgin Olive Oil | 2 | tbsp |
| As needed: Grated Truffle Parmesan Cheese | ||
| As needed: Parsley, chopped | ||
| Salt & Pepper (to taste) |

STEPS:
- Bring water and salt into a boil, add in gnocchi and cook for 3 minutes; drain.
- Meanwhile in a non-stick pan, heat olive oil until very hot. Sear one side of gnocchi pieces for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
- Using the same pan over medium heat, Cook bacon until crisp. Set aside.
- Add in onions and garlic and saute in olive oil until softened.
- Add cooking cream and bring to a simmer.
- Toss in freshly cooked gnocchi and season with salt and pepper.
- Off-heat, add in truffle, truffle parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with bacon bits and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
