WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
|Dolce Vita Grated Truffle Parmesan Cheese||1
|Mazza Black Truffle in Extra Virgin Olive Oil||2||tbsp
|As needed: Salt||
|As needed: Oil (for deep frying)||
- Preheat oil for deep frying to 180C.
- Fry the fries in batches. Carefully add the fries and cook until golden (3 to 5 mins).
- Drain fries on a strainer basket or on paper towels.
- While fries are hot, immediately sprinkle with salt and toss. Drizzle with truffle oil, and garnish with grated Parmesan Cheese. Serve hot.
