Truffle Steak & Truffle Mashed Potatoes

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
|Ribeye Steak 500g||1||piece|
|As much needed: Olive oil|
|Mazza Truffle Salsa||1||cup|
For the mashed potatoes:
|Salt & pepper|
For the butter: mix softened butter and truffle salsa until well combined.
Place on a pre-cut cling film, roll and shape into a log. Secure ends and freeze for 1 hour.
For the steak: dry steak using a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper.
In a heavy cast iron pan, Sear steak in olive oil until browned.
Add butter, garlic and herbs. Baste steak until desired doneness is achieved.
For the mashed potato: Boil potatoes in salted water fork tender.
Drain and mash.
In a pan over low heat, mix butter, milk and cream.
